1. What forms of payment are accepted?
Loulou's Garden currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks and money orders.

Your credit card will be charged for your order plus shipping when we ship your order. If you have any questions about your product or shipping charges please contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

2. How do I pay by personal check or money order?
When paying by personal check or money order: Please make it payable to "Loulou's Garden" and mail to:

With money orders, we are able to ship all in-stock items within two days of receipt of payment. We will ship orders paid for by personal check once the check has cleared the bank (usually 3-5 business days).

3. What is your return/exchange policy?
We will gladly accept UNOPENED returns with proof of purchase within 30 days of product purchase. We exchange returns for another product only. Shipping costs will not be refunded and additional shipping costs will be charged for the exchange.

5. Can I have my items gift-wrapped?
We will be happy to gift-wrap any item. Please contact us via email with your specific gift needs.

6. How do I find out about the ingredients of each item?
We have tried to list all of the ingredients in the specific product page description. The ingredients are listed on each jar on the bottom. If you have a question about a specific item please don't hesitate to contact us - phone or email.

7. What is your shipping policy?
We are currently shipping to USA addresses only.
Your order will usually ship within two business days after it is placed. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES AND WANT SHIPPING EXPEDITED PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US.

All packages will be shipped via UPS. You may choose between Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air during the checkout process. (Please take into consideration the 2 business days mentioned above).

Shipping Options:
UPS Ground: 5-7 business days
UPS Second Day Air: 2 business days
UPS Next-Day Air: Next business day

At this time we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses unless you have special circumstances. In that case, please contact us directly.

8. Do I pay sales taxes on my purchases?
California does not charge sales tax on food items.

9. What is your policy on privacy?
Loulou's Garden does not sell or distribute any customer information, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, including those subscribed to our mailing list.

10. How do you guarantee the security of my credit card information?
Loulou's Garden uses SSL encryption on all credit cards and customer personal data during the order. Once the order is taken the SSL certificate also encrypts the Store administration pages as well as the stored customer information.

11. Do I need cookies enabled to login or place an order?
Yes, you will need both cookies and java enabled in your browser in order to place an order.

12. How do I report damaged shipments?
In the rare occurrence that a package is lost or damaged in shipping please let us know and we will be happy to reship your order.

13. What about shipping to APO/FPO addresses?
At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, if you have special circumstances, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

14. What about international orders?

15. Can I have my order shipped to another address?
Yes, during the check-out process you will be asked to provide your billing address, and you will have the option of providing a separate shipping address as well.
