Apricot Jam (8 oz.)

We have two different grandmother recipes for our preserves. Our Italian grandmother adds Amaretto and our French grandmother adds Cognac. We were feeling French - in went a dash of Cognac. While the heat of the boiling preserves burns off the alcohol a subtle taste adds to the deep flavor. We love these preserves!
