Strawberry Rhubarb Jam (8 oz.)

A classic pie combination is reborn into a sweet, tart, luscious jam. We have always loved this combination in Grandma's pies so we thought that it would be great to be able to spoon it from a jar. We kept the tartness of our garden rhubarb and added the sweetness of organic strawberries. We love this with bagels and cream cheese, in our oatmeal in the morning, in yogurt and, lately, have been know to spread some on chocolate wafer cookies.
