Bing Cherry Confiture (8 oz.)

Organic Bing cherries from our farm, Lagier Ranches. This confiture is thick with cherries and absolutely wonderful. The cherries are so sweet that we added very little sugar. As always made from the freshest fruit and hand pitted. Please watch for the errant pit as they sometimes hide; we think that although hidden they add a wonderful richness to the flavor of this unusual preserve. Lately we have been adding a little red wine vinegar, a little balsamic vinegar and fresh thyme to our Bing Cherry Confiture - this combo makes the most wonderful compote which can be served fabulously with both duck and pork and, is equally as mouth watering with a nice fresh goat or sheep cheese and a chunky crust of bread.
